The next step in our meditative process is to break our chain of thoughts to enter the energy state, by observing our very own soul! We have so far paused the 5 senses. Now, by breaking the chain of thoughts, we bypass our sixth senses’ thought function and apply consciousness into our base soul energy.
However, breaking the chain of thoughts is not as easy as we think. Evolution took millions of years to give rise to the sixth sense and the process of thought; so, it is not an easy task to cut the thoughts from our minds just like that and stop thinking! It usually takes a lot of attempts for our mind to break free from the thoughts, and it proves vigorous, but once succeeded, our thoughtless mind enters the superconscious or the energy state! It is this state that our body attains during the deep-sleep phase of the Non-rapid Eye Movement (NREM) sleep. Usually, during the deep-sleep phase, the conscious part of our mind is turned off, but while we meditate, the consciousness is kept awake with the other senses turned off!
As our mind enters the energy state, we can observe some of the most complex phenomena in reality. Our soul, an oscillating field of energy, slows down its oscillation. And when it reaches a static state, it is impossible for our mind to observe the flow of any arrow of time around and inside it! Our physical body which holds the soul, however, experiences the thermodynamic time as ageing, but, the energy making up our soul gets locked as a static state inside the very space-time continuum itself, without the psychological arrow of time!
Our consciousness becomes existence in the energy state and the only possible action left for our consciousness is to exist as one with the energy. The mind is completely cut off from the senses of the physical body while the soul (energy) is the only factor that expresses our existence in reality. With no thoughts to think and with no senses to convert any thought into action, our mind gets locked inside the energy, as a blissful existence, without detecting the passage of time around it.
And, it is this state we achieve in last moment while we make love!
The Static Energy
Our mind can exist in the energy state for as long as it wants, but the psychological arrow denoting the passage of time is cut off or paused when we stopped the flow of thoughts. In other words, the sense of time is cut off from our minds when the psychological time is paused. Therefore, when the meditative process gets completed, our mind experiences zero loss in time!
A meditator who goes through the process may wake up after even several days and may not realise the passage of time around him/her during the period! He/she would feel that they had sat down to meditate only a couple minutes ago, but, in our relative reality, we external observers saw the days that passed by as we would have lived through the time. The only way to come out of the energy medium is by allowing the thoughts to take precedence in our mind and this can be done by stimulating any sensory organ. It results in a response from the brain and starts the psychological time, again.
With the energy medium accessed, a few serious observations arise about the effects of the process.
